Will Remedy Ultra Herbicide kill a nearby tree with intertwined roots?

Answer:

Remedy Ultra Herbicide could possibly kill a desirable tree if the roots are in the treated area and enough is absorbed.  In a case like this it would be best to apply only to the cut stump of the tree you want to kill to be sure it is the only one affected.
