SpeedZone Lawn Weed Killer Concentrate is not labeled to treat rescuegrass. Unfortunately, there is nothing labeled to treat rescuegrass post emergently in your Bermudagrass.  For post emergent control, you would need to spot treat with a non-selective like Roundup QuikPro and reseed/sod.  You can use a pre-emergent labeled for rescuegrass to help prevent it from coming up the following season.  You would apply it in the spring and the fall and it will prevent the rescuegrass and other weeds from germinating and coming up.
