I want a treatment plan for mosquitoes. Here is my problem. My yard is only 50ft deep and 100ft wide. I can spray my yard and shrubs with Talstar P, but since it is such a small area, won't the mosquitoes just come over from my neighbors? -they have lots of plants and foliage and don't keep things nice and trim. Their bad habits die hard, so talking to them is not a long term solution. Will Talstar P provide me some releif, or am I wasting my efforts and money?
With mosquito control you want to not only be sure that the foliage on your trees and ornamentals are taken care of by maintenance and spraying, but that any standing water no matter how small is either eliminated your treated with a larvicide so the breeding cycle in the mosquitoes can be disrupted.
