Will Temprid SC Insecticide dry if sprayed onto damp soil?

I have 2 dogs, one with sensitive skin. Yesterday pest control sprayed my back yard where the soil is very damp (everytime you walk on it the bottom of your shoes are wet). I kept my dogs inside for 1 hour but one of them started chewing his feet and had irritated red itchy feet the last 24 hours. I assume it is because the soil was damp and it never had a chance to dry. Will it ever dry out if it has been sprayed on wet soil that is never dry? I'm worried as this stuff lasts a month outdoors and is effecting my dog badly at the moment. Don't know what to do..

Answer:

Temprid SC Insecticide will dry within a few hours when applied outside, typically best to keep pets out for at least 4-5 hours after application.  If the soil is an area that is always damp you will need to repair the issue that is causing it also stay wet or it will not dry out completely.  If you are unable to do so it would be best to avoid having these areas sprayed with insecticides.
