Will the Trapper Glue stay on vertical surfaces?

Is there any special trick to applying and getting the Trapper liquid glue to stay on a vertical surface when applied from the can? I know it stays there and very sticky when I staple the flat,cardboard/backed sticky mouse traps where I want to put the glue from the gallon. Problem is,last year I hurt myself very badly stapling the traps on the piers under my cabin.I've been spraying poison on them every evening this summer.I'm SO GLAD to find this glue in a gallon because I HATE using poison,I have pets.I sure would like to know what I ask about applying it,and if this type of the glue will stay on vertical surfaces like the cardboard mouse traps. Thanks VERY much for the STICKY stuff. Now,if I can just get it to stay where we need it to.

Answer:

Trapper Glue will stay on vertical surfaces when applied in thin layers. If the glue gets too hot it may start to run, so you may want to put glue applications down low near the base of the piers, that way if running does occur it will only run onto the ground. If you do decide to use an insecticide in addition to the Trapper glue we would recommend trying the Cyper WP. Cyper WP contains the active ingredient of cypermethrin which is known to be very effective for scorpions and it iffers residual control eliminating the need to spray nightly.
