Eagle 20EW Specialty Fungicide is labeled for a wide variety of ornamental plants. Plumeria trees are not listed specifically on the label, so we would recommend testing one or two plants for tolerance before treating a large number.  For most ornamentals, you would use 6-12 oz per 100 gallons of water per acre, or 0.06 - 0.12 oz per gallon of water.
