Would Delta Dust purchased 5 years ago still be effective now?

Used it to kill bed bugs, and applied it every 6-12 months since for prevention. Got some bed bugs now and dusted it again. Would it still be effective? (Stored it in the original container with the cap on, in the cabinet under the kitchen sink)

For Delta Dust Insecticide have a shelf life of around 3 years from the purchase date. We advise to reorder new product for a more effective treatment.
