It is possible that after using the same active ingredient in a product over long periods of time could possibly cause resistance issues. This is not a for sure thing that will happen, and if it does, there is not a specific time frame. To prevent the possibilities of resistance issues, you could rotate the Viper Insecticide with another product that contains a different active ingredient as long as you are following the instructions on the product labels every few years
