Would Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10 work for clover food plots?

Pennington Alaska Morbloom 0-10-10  is not really intended to be used over large areas such as food plots.  It is only meant for flowering plants such as bulbs, roses, shrubs, vegetables, herbs, berries, and indoor and outdoor container plants.
