Per the Coron 28-0-0 Liquid Fertilizer? product label for Blue Grass and other cool season grasses: You apply 3.75 - 4.25 lbs of nitrogen per 1000 sq ft per year, applied in multiple applications. When CoRoN 28-0-0 is mixed at 22 oz per 4 gallons of water to treat 1,000 sq feet you are applying 1/2lb of nitrogen.  Use higher rates in areas with prolonged growing seasons, areas of high use or "grow in" situations.
